Our Policies

Shipping:
Pre-orders ship within 6–8 weeks. Ready-to-ship items ship within 3–12 business days. As a one-person studio, occasional delays may occur.

 

Returns & Refunds:

We do not offer refund once an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. Partial refund of 50% may be offered depending on the damage.
